Due to the nature of our products all sales are final with the exceptions of a onetime courtesy exchange on apparel items for size or color (in the same style). Shoes & accessories are final sale with no return or exchange available. Sorry, we do not accept returns for refund without an exchange. If there is a problem with your order you must contact us within 72 hours (3 days) by completing the 'Merchandise Claim Form' located on the return policy page.

 * Please place a new order to make your exchange, sorry, we do not 'swap' out merchandise. Upon return of the original item a refund will be issued.

We do not allow over order returns without prior pre-approval (before order is placed). An over-order is when 2 or more items in different sizes and/or styles are ordered for the purpose of trying them on and returning the items not wanted. All sales are final with a courtesy onetime size or color exchange only; over-ordered items do not constitute as an exchange and are final sale with no returns available. Please do not over-order or you will be stuck with all of the merchandise. See Return Policy, Exchange Policy and Terms and Conditions pages for details.

  • Clearance, discontinued, overstock, final sale and all shoes & accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns are for exchange only; Rachel's Promise does not accept returns for refund. We offer a courtesy onetime size exchange ONLY.
  • Returns must be in possession of Rachel's Promise within 30 days from original receipt of delivery to customer -absolutely no exceptions. Issued Return Authorization Number expires 10 days from issue date; please contact us if you need an extension. 
  • This is a request form and does not guarantee issuance of an RA number; this is at the discretion of Rachel's Promises Returns Department.
  • Accessory Items CANNOT be returned/exchange – These are final sale and include but are not limited to: Neckties, Bowties, Footwear, Shoes, Headwear, Hair Accessories, Gloves, Socks, Undergarments, Slips, Suspenders, Blankets, Jewelry, Cummerbunds, Baskets, Pillows, Sashes, Pins, Flowers, Garment Bags, Gift Sets, Blankets, Holiday/Seasonal Items.
