All sales are final with a courtesy one-time exchange in the same style for color or size. No returns for refund without a new order exchange.

  • You may exchange your major apparel merchandise within 30 days from the original delivery date; returned merchandise must arrive to Rachel's Promise no later than 30 days from receipt of delivery (shoes & accessories cannot be returned or exchanged).
  • Be sure to place a new order for the new size or color needed (sorry we do not 'swap' items). Place a new order for the new apparel size needed then file for an RA#. Upon return of the exchange merchandise the returned item will be refunded (allow 1-2 weeks for refund to be issued after return is received). Over-Order returns are prohibited (purchasing 2 or more items on a single order to try on or see which is liked best with the intention of returning the unwanted items); over-orders are not exchanges and a return for over-ordered items will be refused.
  • Exchanges are available for major apparel items: Dresses, Suits, Tuxedos & Gowns, Pants, Shirts & Vests.
  • Exchange fees apply on customized, custom made, specialty, Communion gowns and large order exchanges. (Fees may apply).
  • Shoes & accessories are final sale & cannot be exchanged. See full final sale list by visiting the Return Policy or Exchange Policy pages.
  • Returns without a valid RA# on the outside of the package will be refused & returned to sender unopened; please ensure that you receive a return authorization number and instructions before returning merchandise!
  • Only return authorized merchandise. If additional or unauthorized items are in the returned package the entire return will be refused, returned to sender and deemed final sale.
  • Please note that tags must be fully attached.
