We are very excited to announce that our new website is expected to be in full swing by Monday, June 29th.    While we complete our move and publish the new website Rachel’s Promise may be offline for several hours Sunday the 28th to Monday the 29th.

What our new store offers:

  • Better mobile compatibility allowing you to view our entire site on your mobile device.
  • Higher resolution images allow you to see more details with our larger product pictures.
  • A smoother checkout experience no matter what web browser or device you use (of course you can still count on the same SSL interlock protection for your security).


Previous accounts:

If you created a Rachel’s Promise account in our previous store this account will not be viable on the new store and you will need to create a new account.


Previous Orders:

Unfortunately since we are moving our store, instead of a redesign, previous orders will not be viewable online; we understand that this is inconvenient.  

If you have a pending order you will not be able to view it through your old account, rest assured that your order is being processed and you can expect delivery as noted on your order notification email. You will still receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.        If you have any questions about your order please do not hesitate to email us.

If you need to make an exchange for an order placed through our old store simply email us and we’ll walk you through this. Making your exchange is still easy and we have all of your previous order information on file.
