4.95 Flat Rate Shipping: Applies to orders shipped to addresses within the Continental USA (the lower 48 states). Sorry, this excludes international addresses and non-continental addresses.



Special Order Merchandise: Many of the items on our site are special order items; this means we order them in for the sole purpose of fulfilling a customer's order. The delivery time frames noted on your shipping method at checkout is accurate. You can expect delivery as soon as the earliest date or as late as the latest date noted here; please note that in the rare case of a unforseen delay it is possible for later than estimated delivery. Please do not expect items to be in stock; for in stock availability please contact us. 

Delivery Days:

Business Days Are: Monday-Friday (Excluding US Holidays, Saturday, Sunday & Store Closed Days). The first business day is the business day after order is placed.

      • No Delivery on US Holidays. Shipping options reflect delivery time frame and not specific shipping method used.


International Order Form


When to Order and Need by Dates?

      • It is best to order at least 4 weeks before your need by date. This will allow pleny of time for size exchanges if needed. If you do not order with enough time to make a needed exchange we still do not accept return for refund - exchange only - so order in plenty of time!
      • Give us your need by date. Entering your need by date at checkout helps us to determine if you chose the correct shipping method for delivery by this date. Entering your need by date in no way guarantees delivery by said date.

Standard Shipping Method & Time Frames (Continental USA):

      • Ships via USPS or UPS. Large, bulky or heavy packages will have a longer in-transit time than specified.
      • Allow 7-12 Business Day Delivery From Order Date
      • Special Order Unless Otherwise Specified
      • Order may ship in more than one package; this information will be noted at the time of shipping. 
      • Allow an extra 2-4 business days in-transit time frame on packages which are large, bulky or heavy. 

Rush & Expedited Shipping Methods (Continental USA Only):

      • Ships via USPS or UPS. The shipping method options are for delivery times not a specific shipping service. May ship under the main business name of Isabella's Fate.
      • Brands That CANNOT be Rushed or Expedited Include: Fouger is not available for these shipping method (standard shipping method only on this brand - noted on the product page)
      • If combined products are ordered with Rush/Expedited shipping that are unavailable for Rush/Expedited shipping (see product page as products that cannot be rushed/expedited will be noted in red) your order will be canceled or the specific product removed.
      • Allow one full business day for processing on any rush or expedited shipping method (example: allow 2 days for delivery on next day air)
      • No weekend (Sat or Sun) or Holiday delivery on expedited methods or UPS shipping.


International Shipping:

      • Yes, we ship internationally on a majority of our products, less items regulated by specific countries.
      • You can either checkout online or if online checkout is not available for your area please place the order by completing this International Order Form.
      • International shipping only to physical street addresses (No PO Boxes), valid telephone number required
      • First Class Mail International Method: Allow 2-5 weeks for delivery (this time frame includes all handling time). This estimated delivery time frame does not include possible delays at Customs; Rachel's Promise is not liable for delivery delays due to Customs holding. Tracking is NOT available confirmation of shipment only - customer assumes all risk of loss.
      • Priority Mail International Method: Allow 14-22 business days in transit time (this time frame includes all handling time). Delivery time frame does not account for possible Customs delays; Rachel's Promise is not liable for delivery delays due to Customs holding. Full tracking to your door - when tracking shows left Miami it means it is now out of the US.
      • Express Mail International Method: (Upon Request Only): Allow 10-17 business days for delivery (this time frame includes handling time). Delivery time frame does not account for possible Customs delays; Rachel's Promise is not liable for delivery delays due to Customs holding. Full tracking to your door - when tracking shows left Miami it means it is now outside of the US.
      • UPS Shipping Methods: Available Upon Request Only and includes complete tracking capabilities.
      • These are estimated delivery time frames and are not guaranteed. Delivery time frames do NOT account for in transit or customs delays; Rachel's Promise cannot forsee any such delays and is in no way liable for such delays.
      • Once shipped international customers agree to accept all risks once the package has left the USA via the Miami international hub.
      • International  Taxes & Duties: The recipient of international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destined country. Additional charges for customs clearances must be borne by the recipient. Taxes & duties are charged to by the receiving country (your country); not by the US.



In most cases we will communicate with the customer via email so please check your email on a regular basis (please note that sometimes our emails may slip into your spam folder). These communications include: receipt of payment, order confirmation, shipping confirmation and also include any delays or order problems that may occur. Since phone numbers are not required when placing an order and email addresses are; email is the best form for Rachel's Promise to communicate with our customers. We do suggest that customers list their telephone number with any rush or expedited orders in case of urgent matters. Please check your email often.


We Cannot & Do Not Guarantee Delivery Dates:

Rachel's Promise cannot guarantee delivery times even on expedited shipping. We list approximate delivery time frames at checkout and here; keep in mind that these dates are approximate delivery dates - not guaranteed delivery dates. It is up to the customer to take into consideration shipping & handling time plus any possible carrier delays and then determine the best shipping method to use for shipment to arrive in plenty of time for their need by date. We always try our best to ship orders by the need by date when we are informed of the need by date at the time of purchase.
